Online Bill Pay
You may now pay your bill 24/7 with our convenient online bill pay option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Click the red "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. **Please note, payments will be posted to corresponding account the following business day.**
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. Bills are due on or before the 10th of the month following meter reading. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address and for your convienence we have a drop box located out front. We accept cash, check, credit cards and money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. You can click the address below and it will take you to Google Maps where you can get directions.
We are located off the service road, East of Duke's Travel Plaza & West of Splash Kingdom Water Park.
Payment By Bill Pay
You have the option of setting up Bill Pay thru your bank. You must contact your bank to set this up with your account. As a note on using this service, there might be a delay with the bank's time in cutting the check vs. when you requested payment be made, so please allow up to 10 days for their processing time to avoid late fees.
POSTDATED CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
A $15 late fee will be added to account balance if not paid in full by the 10th of each month.
Payments not paid in full by the date printed on the disconnection notice, meter will be locked until bill is paid in full. A TOTAL lock fee of $90 will be automatically added to bill balance.
